MARTYR	DETAILS
	Sub. Inspector Manjit Singh, No. 2382/FZR, was born on 25.11.1949. He was shot dead by the terrorists on  15.5.1992 while on patrolling duty in the area of village Ghall Kalan, District Faridkot.
	Sub. Inspector Sat Pal, No. 2704/TT, was born on 4.1.1952. SI Satpal along with a SPO had gone to collect secret information. They were shot dead by the terrorists on 25.8.1992.
	Sub. Inspector Narinder Pal Singh, No. 1800/Jal, was born on 15.3.1961,  He was killed by the terrorists in  encounter  on 17.1.1993 at village Sattowali Police Station Kartarpur, District Jalandhar.
	Sub. Inspector Ajit Singh, No. 60/J, was born on 26.6.1945,  He was killed by the terrorists on 6.9.1988 near D.A.V. Collage Hoshiarpur, while he was on duty.
	Sub. Inspector Jasbir Singh, No. 196/ASR, was born on 20.3.1948. He was killed by the terrorists in an encounter on 5.12.1990 at village Mallian Police Station Jhabal.
	Sub. Inspector Prem Chand, No. 75/235, was  killed in a bomb blast which took place in the office of Shri Gobind Ram IPS, Commandant 75BN. PAP Complex Jalandhar  on 10.1.1990.
	Sub. Inspector Joga Singh, No. 270/J, was killed by the terrorists on 11.2.1992, while posted as Incharge police post Ghagrewal.
	Sub. Inspector Krishan Gopal, No. 344/J, was born on  17.7.1935. He was killed in an encounter with terrorists near village Bath on 28.8.1987.
	Sub. Inspector Gurdip Singh No.41/Jalandhar Range was born  on 15.4.66. He was killed by the activists of Babbar Khalsa on 12.9.91 in a bomb blast near village Mari Pannuan, Police Station, Sri Har Gobindpur, District Batala.
	Sub. Inspector Gurcharan Singh No. 10/FR, was born on 13.1.1938. He was shot dead by the terrorists at Muktsar on 15.8.1983.
	Sub. Inspector Gurtej Singh No. 77/FR, was born on 12.7.1931. He was killed by the terrorists on 20.6.1986.
	Sub. Inspector Mit Singh 14/FR, was born on 8.10.1941. He was shot dead by the terrorists at Bagha Purana on 16.9.1987.
	Sub. Inspector Mohinder Partap  No. 77/FR, was born on 7.4.1936, He was killed by the terrorists during  raid at village Loham, police station Ghall Khurd.
	Sub. Inspector Piara Singh No. 41/FR, was born 16.2.1935. He was shot dead by the terrorists in the rail compartment  near Amritsar  on 6.10.1983.
	Sub. Inspector Dasuanda Singh No. FR/17, was born on 5.9.1931.  He was killed by the terrorists on 8.3.1988 in police distt. Tarn Taran
	Sub Inspector Gurmukh Singh No. 320/PR was born on 15.8.1942. He was killed by the terrorists on 1.9.1987 in the area of police station Morinda.
	Sub Inspector Harbhajan Singh No. 226/BTI, was born on 9.10.1942 and was shot dead by the terrorists  near DAV Collage Bhatinda on 20.5.1988.
	Sub Inspector Jaswinder Singh No. 18/FR, was  born on 25.3.1956. On dated 23.4.1993 he received message regarding bomb blast and immediately rushed to the spot but was ambushed on the way by the same terrorists and was killed.
	Sub Inspector Gurcharan Singh No. 119/FR, was born on 5.10.1945. On the night of 19.4.1992, while he  returning after search duty alongwith other police party  was attacked near village Khillan by the terrorists  and in the exchange of he was killed on the spot.
	Sub Inspector Mann Singh No. 134/J, was born on 1.8.1949. He was killed by the terrorists on 23.12.1990 at village Muchhal police station Jandiala, district Majitha, while he was on secret duty.
	Sub Inspector Gursharan Singh No. 377/J. He was killed on 19.9.1991.
	Sub Inspector Pargat Singh No. 387/J. He was killed by the terrorists on  30.4.1989, while posted at CIA staff Phagwara.
	Sub Inspector Bhagwan Singh No. 152/J. He was killed  by the terrorists on 20.12.1983 in Main bazar of Sultanpur Lodhi.
	Sub Inspector Niranjan Singh, No. 417/J was born on 10.5.1936. He was killed by the terrorists on 22.2.1991 in an encounter at village Bhojian, police station Jhabal, district Tarn Taran.
	Sub Inspector Didar Singh  No. 8/PR, was born on 10.2.1953. He was killed by the terrorists on 12.12.1986, while on duty  near State Bank of India Patiala.
	Sub Inspector Gurdas Singh No. 148/PR, was born on 11.6.1937. He was killed by the terrorists on 13.11.1990 at Chakla Chowk, Batala.
	Sub Inspector Gursewak Singh No. 424/J, was born on  3.12.1951. He was killed in a bomb blast  planted on the first floor of his house on  25.1.1989 .
	Sub Inspector Rattan Singh No. 2078/ASR, was born on  7.6.1942. He was killed in an encounter in the area of village Shrishrewal, district  Batala on 7.1.1993.
	Sub Inspector Baldev Singh No. 709/ASR,  was born on 12.5.1951. He was killed in an encounter near village Ratta on  20.3.1990.
	Sub Inspector Gian Chand 476/J, was born on 2.2.1949. He was killed on 6.7.1990 at village Jaito Sarja, police station Sadar Batala.
	Sub Inspector Avtar Singh 2173/ASR, was born on 2.6.1962. He was killed in an encounter at village Dashmesh Nagar on 16.3.1992.
	Sub Inspector Mukhtiar Chand No. 189/J, was born on 15.11.1943.He was killed in a bomb blast at village Wadala  Kalan, police station Beas on 21.10.1990.

	Sub Inspector Sadhu Singh No. 329/J, was born on 1.6.1936. He was killed by the terrorists on 2.7.1985 near Guru Nanak Dev University.

	Sub Inspector Gurpal Singh No. 141/FZR, was born on  9.1.1941. He was killed by the terrorists on 7.5.1987.
	Sub Inspector Bhupinder Singh No.122/FR, was born on  16.7.1955. He was killed by the terrorists while he was getting training in Chandigarh on 13.9.1987.
	Sub Inspector Nachhattar Singh No. 80/FZR, was born on 14.4.1940. He was killed in an ambush in the area of police station Ghalkhurd on 25.9.1989.
	Sub Inspector Jagjit Singh No. 303/J. He was killed in an encounter  at village Littan, police station Bholath, district Kapurthala on 8.7.1990.
	Sub Inspector Bir Singh No. 42/J, was born on 2.1.1940. He was in an ambush  at village Mallewal on 10.4.1986.
	Sub Inspector Ranjit Singh, was born on 25.5.1948. He  had gone to arrest Balwant Singh r/o village Gholia was fired upon and killed on 22.2.1986.
	Sub Inspector Mohinder SIngh No. 1442/ASR, was born on 15.2.1940. He was killed on 10.3.1987 near Gunna.
	Sub Inspector Amar Singh No. 4066/J, was born on 19.8.1944. He was killed in an encounter on 1.12.1987 near Sitoneh Jhugian police station Patti.
	Sub Inspector Harbhajan Singh No. 378/J, was born on 15.8.1939. He was killed on 11.11.1987 near bus stand Amritsar.
	Sub Inspector Darshan Singh No. 188/J, was born on 19.11.1938. He was killed on 4.5.1991 near Company Bagh, Amritsar.
	Sub Inspector Hari Parkash No. 246/PAP, was born on 30.11.1962. He was near village Gohalwar about 10 kms from Tarn Taran
	Sub Inspector Inderpal singh No.69/ASR was killed in an encounter held with terrorists at Patti on 03-03-1986.
	Sub Inspector Baldev singh N0. 37/J, was born on 01-06-1943. He was killed during a bomb blast held by the activists of Babber Khalsa on 10-01-1990 in the area of Dalechak, PS Sri Hargobindpur.
	Sub Inspector Hardial singhNo.1111/ASR, was born on 21-11-1944. He was killed by the terrorists on 07-05-1989 in vill. Makam PS Ajnala while on secret duty.
	Sub Inspector Jaimal singh No. 689/GSP, had gone to vill. in connection with secret duty for getting information about movements of terrorists . He was spotted by terrorists and shot dead on 27-03-1989.
	Sub Inspector Narinder pal(HPR) was posted as SHO PS Tanda . On 18-01-1993, during search operation of vill. Satto Wali, in exchange of fire SI Narinder pal was killed.
	Sub Inspector Manjit Singh No. 277/PR, was born on 27-06-1951. Extremists of KCF group attacked on police party when they were on patrolling near Basti Jodhewal. As a result, SI Manjit singh was killed on 08-01-1988.
	Sub Inspector Amar singh No.75/190, was killed by terrorists on 17-10-1983.
	Sub Inspector Ganga Bishan N0. 80/310, was killed by terrorists on 11-02-1986.
	Sub Inspector Harjinder singh No.335/PAP, was killed by terrorists on 10-07-1990.
	Sub Inspector Solinder singh N0. 112/PAP, was killed by terrorists on 24-07-1990.
	Sub Inspector Jaswant Singh No.223/PAP, was killed by terrorists on 24-12-1990.
	Sub Inspector Amarjit singh No. 424/PAP, was killed by terrorists on 25-02-1992.
	Sub Inspector Heera Lal No. 103/W joined the Punjab Police telecommn. Section as const. OPR. on 01-03-1963. On 05-06-1986, he was standing on a shop in the area of Chhoti Dhobi Basti Ram Khazana gate ASR. Two unidentified armed sikh youths snatched a bag containing Rs. 50,000/- from a shop keeper. On his hue and cry SI Heera Lal chased them. The culprits fired while fleeing as a result the SI died at the spot.
